Montare Tweetere in Stalpi, Tweeter pods

Salutare,

Deschid acest topic in speranta ca o sa mai fie cineva ca mine care vrea sa mute tweeterele.
Dupa atata timp in care am ,,suportat''cum sunetul de la tweetere se loveste in parbriz si la pasageri ajungea un sunet de cacao,am hotarat sa modific stalpii de la parbriz si sa adaptez acolo difuzoarele de inalte.
Ce-i drept este destul de migaloasa opratiunea,dar merita.
Am demontat imbracatura de la stalpi,am jupuit acea panza care acopera plasticul si m-am apucat sa directionez tweeterele dupa cum vroiam eu sa se auda.Urmatorul pas a trebuit sa confectionez 2 inele adaptoare pentru tweeterele pe care le am(mentionez ca nu mai am nimic din instalatia audio de fabrica a masinii).Dupa ce am fixat cele 2 inele cu adeziv spre directia unde vroiam eu,m-am apucat sa le dau forma cu fibra de sticla.
Operatiunea am inceput-o acum vreo saptamana,dar din lipsa de timp nu am apucat sa avansez prea mult.
Din pacate lucrand mai mult seara si pe graba am uitat sa fac poze,dar am facut ieri cu forma data deja.Urmeza ca in zilele urmatoare sa vin peste cu un strat de chit tot din fibra,dupa care sa dau un strat de chit pentru finisare.

Multumesc,

Este o perioada cam aiurea acum intr-adevar,cand ajung acasa de la serviciu este deja intuneric,iar in weekend nu stiu ce sa fac mai repede...avansez usor.

Dupa ce le termini poate ne intalnim sa vad cum au iesit si cum se aud tweeterele in noua pozitionare.

Mersi,o sa mai dureze ceva pana le finalizez dar cu cea mai mare placere ne putem intalni,oricum in ultima faza trebuie sa gasesc un tapiter in Ploiesti ca sa le imbrac.

Gata...Astazi le-am montat in sfarsit.Tweetere le-am montat sa fie aliniate cu mediile din usi si intr-adevar s-a schimbat sunetul.Pot simti sunetele inalte cum vin spre mine fara a se lovi in parbriz.
A durat ceva dar merita.

Nu le-am imbracat eu,le-am dus la un tapiter auto si gaurile din bord vor fi mascate cu cele 2 masti cu care vine masina din fabrica,nu le-am aruncat biggrin.gif

Tot nu ai spus ce material a folosit tapiterul, iar pentru gaurile alea, ar trebui sa pui ceva pasla in spatele sitelor.

Iti dai seama ca nu stiu ce material a folosit,nici nu l-am intrebat,oricum este ceva ,,pufos'' la atingere.Eu vroiam imitatie de alcantara dar nu a avut asa ceva.
@Nonic,cu cea mai mare placere ne putem intalni,dar mai intai trebuie sa finalizez conectarea cablurilor prin portbagaj.

Din intamplare ne-am intalnit astazi si am ascultat putin... se modifica enorm sunetul cu tweeterele montate in noua configuratie. Felicitari pentru rezultat!
Urmeaza sa fac si eu aceasta modificare!

Mersi mult,ma bucur ca ti-a placut cum se aud.Astazi am finalizat si eu instalarea unui subwoofer nou,amplificator monobloc si un cablu de alimentare serios.Nici nu se compara cu ce se auzea inainte,plus ca inaltele se aud mai tare si tine pasul cu frecventele joase,care pana acum acoperea cu cu brio inaltele.

@Nonic,incinta ta bass reflex a ajuns la mine si gazduieste cu mandrie un Type R,ai avut dreptate ca este diferenta enorma intre incinta sealed si acesta.

A zis Andrei ca ii place mai mult bass-ul pe kick,in incinta asta coboara enorm in frecvente,la 40Hz iti infunda urechile.Mie imi place la nebunie cum se aude,lasa-mi pe PM nr tau de telefon si cu prima ocazie te sun sa ne vedem pentru o auditie.

Pentru inceput am facut inelele pentru tweetere, le-am stabilit pozitionarea dupa care cu un dremel am inceput sa tai exact pe urmele trasate in faza de proiectare.
Dupa decuparea stalpilor am lipit inelele, am pus un material foarte intins pentru a le da o forma cat mai placuta peste care am pus 3 straturi de rasina, dupa ce s-a intarit complet rasina am dat chit si am inceput cu smirghel sa-i indrept... alta mana de chit si tot asa pana am ajuns la forma finala.
Initial am vrut sa-i vopsesc dar din dorinta de a arata cat mai aproape de original am ales sa-i imbrac cu material folosit la tapiterii auto, nu sunt foarte multumit de cum s-a intins aterialul pentru ca avea un buretel de vreo 3 mm dar o sa incerc cu un material cu buretel mai subtire sa vad cum ies si daca nu sunt multumit o sa-i vopsesc.

interesant ca nimeni nu a luat in calcul ca nu aveti cum sa le adaugati delay (fara a le amplifica separat) , si o sa ajunga sunetul de la ele inainte de cel de pe usa.
